After installing two Lochinvar Crest Boilers and an Aerco AM domestic hot water boiler with two B&G pumps in this 50+ unit condo according to engineer drawings, we discovered a slight noise issue coming from the newly installed boilers. Even though our commitment to the project was completed with the installation, Nordic technicians remained on the project, assisting the engineers to resolve the issue. Our team even worked with the boiler manufacturer, that resulted in them to sending the engineer who designed the boiler for an inspection and diagnosis. Our team didn't leave the project until the noise was resolved, the equipment was working as expected, and the building manager was satisfied.
